In the long term, prices are driven by earnings. In the short term, prices are also driven by the perception of earnings. 3. Jesse Livermore: “It was never my thinking that made the big money for me, It was always my sitting”. Mr. Lee also elaborated about Understanding Fundamentals (Quantitative vs Qualitative): Target prices (Tps) are not final answers, Earnings will always be main drivers and in Stock Market, there will always be a story behind. While in filtering Fundamentals (High Growth and Mega Trends) the Historical Earnings Growth, the Industry-wide trends (i.e infrastructure), the Catalyst (i.e China Relationship) and other Related events will affect your stock position. At the end, Mr. Lee advice to “Use Volatility to your advantage”

Strategy 2. Portfolio Allocation and 3. Trade Management. He also shared the core of technical analysis which is the support and resistance wherein support equates to demand and resistance equates to supply. At the end he shared that the best things is to trade within the range, to buy low and sell high and should always take note of price patterns as patterns lead to ranges, the breakout determines the next direction.

The last speaker(s) was 3 university students namely Miggy Santos (Ateneo De Manila University), George Tan and Stanly Chan (UP Diliman) who are experienced student traders. They shared different insight such as “price action is king”, 2 types of stocks according to movement wherein 45 degrees are usually blue chips stocks meanwhile 90 degrees stocks are penny stocks and to always look for a mentor that will help you give more understanding on the stock market.
