- a venue during emergency or disaster situations where food is offered to the poor, homeless and/ or victims of casualties or calamities

Through the “Kusina ni Hermana”, 30 street children are provided a weekly meal and are engaged in socialization activities and values formation sessions.
On the other hand, the sponsoring group for the month is given the chance to manage the soup kitchen once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks or for one month. They are responsible in preparing the menu, marketing, cooking, serving the food and restoration of the area.
The Kusina ni Hermana is a concrete expression of our caring for others and servings others. It is promoting the practice of stewardship where everyone benefits from the sacrificial gift one makes of his time, talent, treasure and ONESELF.
