The Teacher Education Program aims to produce Christian and Vincentian teachers who:
Possess strong spiritual foundations that would contribute to the building of Christian community concretized in their teaching an interaction with the students.
Can dedicate time, talent, and effort in molding the youth intellectually, emotionally and spiritually guided by the schools’ vision-mission, goals and core values.
Have developed a profound sense of social responsibility and nationalism committed to the service of society, particularly the less privilege.
Have strong moral character that is beyond reproach so that their strong moral convictions will guide them in their decisions and actions thereby, making them ideal role models.
Can demonstrate and practice the professional and ethical requirements of the teaching profession.
